伊曲康唑联合复方苯甲酸软膏治疗甲真菌病临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察伊曲康唑口服联合复方苯甲酸软膏封包治疗甲真菌病临床疗效。方法收集2014年1月~2017年2月岳池县人民医院确诊的甲真菌病患者112例,其中联合组60例患者采用伊曲康唑间歇冲击疗法,连续服用3个疗程,同时联合复方苯甲酸软膏封包治疗。对照组52例患者单纯应用伊曲康唑治疗。结果治疗3个月后,两组治疗总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗6个月后,总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组间不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论伊曲康唑间歇冲击疗法联合复方苯甲酸软膏封包疗法治疗甲真菌病具有疗效高、疗程短、不良反应小、安全可行、经济实用等优点。Objective To Observe the clinical curative effect of itraconazole combined compound benzoic acid ointment in the treatment of onychomycosis.Methods112cases of patients diagnosed as onychomycosis in Yuechi County People’s hospital were collected from January2014to February2016.60cases were treated by itraconazole combined compound benzoic acid ointment(combinationgroup)while52cases in the control group only treated by itraconazole.Results After treated for3months,there are significant differences of the total effective rate between two groups(P<0.05);But no difference after treated for6mouths(P>0.05).Also there are no much difference of the side effect ratio in two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion To treat onychomycosis,combined using Itraconazole intermittent shock therapy and compound benzoic acid ointment packet therapy is more effective,such as high curative effect,short course,small side effects,safe and feasible,economical and practical.
