摘　　要：本文通过在西北五省区发放调查问卷,开展SCL-90症状自评量表测试,分析青年压力现状和幸福感状况,并运用Ordered排序选择计量模型,实证研究影响青年人员心理健康的因素、强弱程度和内在逻辑。在此基础上,提出进一步加强青年心理健康、促进青年更好履职的政策建议。Through questionnaires in five northwestern provinces and carrying out the test of SCL-90symptoms self-rating scale,the paper analyzes the current situation of the stress and happiness of young people.By using Ordered choosing econometric model,the paper makes an empirical study on factors affecting the psychological health of young people,the degree of strength or weakness and internal logic.On this basis,the paper puts forward policy suggestions to further strengthen the psychological health of young people and promote the better performance of young people.
