摘  要:为了分析滚柱蜗杆和蜗轮啮合时,滚柱的自转情况,首先根据啮合原理和微分方程建立了蜗轮滚柱的相对运动速度方程,分析接触线上各点的运动状态。研究结果表明,在沿着滚柱的轴线方向上有分速度存在,沿蜗轮滚柱轴线方向上存在滑动摩擦。然后,在对蜗轮滚柱进行合理的受力分析的情况下,提出一种确定滚柱自转角速度的思路,丰富了滚柱蜗杆传动的理论,为以后滚柱蜗杆、蜗轮啮合传动的优化与设计提供了参考。In order to analyze the rotation of the roller worm and the worm wheel,the relative motion velocity equation of the worm wheel is established according to meshing principle and differential equation,and the motion state of each point on the contact line is analyzed.The results show that the component velocity exists in the direction along the axis of the roller,and there is sliding friction in the direction of the worm roller.Then,in the case of reasonable force analysis of the worm roller,a method of determining the rotational angular velocity of the roller is proposed,which enriches the theory of the roller worm drive and provides reference for the optimization and design of the worm and worm gearing.
