摘 要:螺栓的受力分析是个很复杂的非线性问题,如何准确分析螺栓各处受力情况从而预防螺栓失效是个重要的热点课题。采用ABAQUS软件设置螺栓干涉量和预紧力,对螺栓进行过盈装配仿真分析,得到了螺栓各节点处的接触应力分布图。然后从倒角模式和倒角长度两个方面来探讨这两个因素对螺栓截面集中应力的影响,从而对螺栓的倒角进行优化选择。基于仿真可发现,在螺栓过盈配合状态下,螺栓头的接触应力较大而且集中,而通过在螺栓头设置倒角可减少螺栓的应力集中。The stress analysis of the bolts is very complex nonlinear problem.How to accurately analyze the force conditions of bolts and prevent the failure of bolts is an important hot research topic.The interference amount and the pre-tightening force of the bolts are set up by using ABAQUS,the interference assembly of the bolts is simulated,and then the distribution diagram of the contact stress of the nodes of the bolts is obtained.Furthermore,the influence of these two factors,i.e.,chamfer modes and chamfer length on the stress concentration of the bolt section is discussed,and therefore the optimization selection of the chamfer of the bolts is presented.It is concluded from the simulation analysis that under the condition of the interference fit the contact stress of the bolt head is much larger and concentrated,and the stress concentration can be decreased by setting up the chamfer in the bolt head.
