摘  要:由于轧机的水平振动对板带质量影响很大,为了减小水平振动、提高板带质量,文中在考虑边界扰动的情况下,通过对四辊冷轧机机构合理简化,建立了工作辊边界扰动动力学模型,并对其进行数值分析,得到了边界扰动频率和边界扰动幅值的变化对系统的影响。该研究对轧机振动的控制具有一定的指导意义。The horizontal vibration of the cold mill has a great influence on the quality of the strip.In order to reduce the horizontal vibration and improve the quality of the strip,under the condition of considering the boundary disturbance,this paper establishes dynamic model of boundary disturbance of the working roller by reasonable simplifying the mechanism of four roller cold rolling mill.Numerical analysisis used to obtain the influence of the boundary disturbance frequency and the boundary disturbance amplitude on the system.The research of this paper has some guiding significance for the control of rolling mill vibration.
