摘　　要：总结了含Cr过渡层(CrN/Cr层)以及TiAlCrN涂层中Cr元素引入对TiAlN涂层相关性能的影响规律,为制备性能优异的(Ti,Al,Cr)N涂层提供参考。最后分析和展望了TiAlN基涂层的发展方向。The effects of transition layer containing Cr(CrN/Cr)and the introduction of Cr in TiAICrN coating on relevant properties of TiAIN coating are summarized,which provides reference for the preparation of(Ti,Al,Cr)N coatings with excellent properties.Finally,the development trend of TiAIN based coatings is analyzed and prospected.
