摘　　要：利用SolidWorks建立蒸馏炉吊装设备关键部件的三维模型,导入有限元软件ANSYS WorkBench中对蒸馏炉吊装设备关键部件进行静力学分析,得到蒸馏炉吊装设备车体的应力及应变图,验证蒸馏炉起重设备设计的可行性与安全性,也为相关设备设计提供依据。This paper builds three-dimensional model of key components in the crane of the distillation furnace using SolidWorks.The stress and strain diagram of the lifting device in the distillation furnace is obtained through the statics analysis based on ANSYS Workbench.The results prove the feasibility and security of the crane design of the distillation furnace,and also provide the basis for the similar design.
