摘　　要：介绍了一种硬质合金压力烧结炉氢气脱蜡停电自动充气保护装置。该装置能够在长时间停电状态下,以及没有备用电源的情况下自动向氢气脱蜡压力烧结炉炉内及脱蜡管道自动充入安全微正压氩气,消除了氢气脱蜡压力炉在停电后的安全隐患,确保了氢气脱蜡压力烧结炉H_2脱蜡过程的安全可靠运行和操作人员的人身安全。This paper introduces the automatic charging protection device for hard alloy pressure sintering furnace with hydrogen dewaxing during the long time power failure.The device can be used to automatically charge inert gas into dewaxing sintering furnace and dewaxing pipeline for a long time under the condition of power-off and no standby power supply case.The security risks of the furnace during hydrogen dewaxing after the power failure are eliminated to ensure that the safe and reliable operation and the safety of operating personnel in H2dewaxing process of hydrogen dewaxing sintering furnace.
