摘 要:提出一种确定齿轮跨棒距上下偏差的方法。标准GB/T10095-1988给出了详细的确定齿厚偏差以及公法线长度上下偏差的算法,但针对跨棒距的偏差确定方法较少。文中根据公法线长度的上下极限值,确定出2个极限名义变位系数X_(J1)和X_(J2),根据X_(J1)和X_(J2)可以推导出对应的跨棒距极限偏差。编写计算程序,简便易行,且具有很高的准确度。This paper proposes a calculation method of the limit deviation of cross-bar distance for reducer gears.GB/T10095-1988provides a good calculation method of the deviation of tooth thickness and base tangent length.But we have very less ways to confirm the limit deviation of cross-bar distance.This paper figures out two ultimate nominal modificationcoefficients(Xj1and Xj2)based on the maximum value and minimum value of base tangent length.Furtherly,we can deduce the limit value of deviation of cross-bar distance.A calculation program is written.This method is simple and convenient,and has very high accuracy.
