摘  要:在运输包装中托盘是最为常见的一种包装形式,主要作用是将货物以单元的形式仓储堆码。除去在堆码过程中保证足够的支撑作用外,还应确保托盘被叉车搬运以及与地面接触时,产品不会受到较大的冲击,在整个系统中垫块起到了最为重要的作用。以垫块的抗压性能和缓冲性能为依据,设计3种不同形式的垫块,分别对其进行抗压试验、跌落试验,选择综合性能最为优异的垫块,进行托盘的设计。根据瓦楞纸板易取得、质轻、环保等特点,选其作为垫块及托盘的制造材料。Pallet is the most common form of packaging in transport packaging.Its main function is to store the goods in a unit form.In addition to ensuring adequate support during stacking,it should be ensured that the product will not be subjected to any significant impact when the pallet is carried by the forklift or contacting with the ground,the block plays the most important role in the system.Based on the compressive performance and cushioning performance of the cushion block,three different types of pads are designed and tested respectively for compression resistance and drop test.The best combination of performance is selected for the tray design.Corrugated cardboard has the characteristics of easy to obtain,light quality,environmental protection and so on,so it is selected as the manufacturing material of cushion block and pallet.
