摘 要:目的:调查分析护理本科生的心理健康状况及影响因素,为医学院护生心理健康教育提供理论依据。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90),对医学院在校不同年级护生的心理健康状态进行问卷调查和比较。结果:在校护理本科生不同年级的心理健康水平存在一定差异。从阳性率较高的症状项目来看,以强迫症状、人际关系敏感、抑郁、敌对、恐怖等表现最为突出,同专业的学生心理健康水平与其生源及年级有一定的关系,其中农村生源护生心理问题高于城市生源护生,低年级护生的心理健康问题相对较为突出。结论:城市与农村护生心理健康状况有差异,不同年级的在校护生随着时间的推移,其心理健康状态会有所改善。心理健康教育应贯穿整个大学生活,根据各年级护生心理变化特点,分析其影响因素,并对她们及时进行心理健康教育。Objective:To investigate and analyze the mental health status and influencing factors of nursing undergraduates,and provide theoretical basis for education health care mental health.Methods:The self-assessment scale SCL-90was used to survey and compare the mental health status of nursing students in different grades of medical school.Results:The psychological health level of undergraduates was higher than the national level,and the mental health level of different grades was different.Project from higher positive rate of symptoms,to compel symptom,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,hostility,terror,such as performance most prominent,with student mental health has a certain relationship with its students and grade,the rural students psychological problems of nursing students higher than urban students nursing students,and junior nurses mental health problems are relatively outstanding.Conclusion:There are differences between urban and rural nursing students′mental health status,and their mental health will improve over time.Psychological health education should be used throughout the university life,according to the changes of the students′psychological characteristics,the analysis of its influencing factors and their timely mental health education.
