摘 要:为了研究FRP筋与混凝土间的粘结力构成、粘结的工作原理以及粘结强度的影响因素,针对30种不同肋参数的GFRP带肋筋,进行GFRP带肋筋粘结性能的拉拔实验,通过FRP筋与混凝土构件粘结滑移机理、粘结滑移本构模型,系统地研究GFRP带肋筋与混凝土的粘结性能.研究结果表明:在FRP带肋筋混凝土构件的拉拔试验中会出现筋的剪切滞后现象,FRP带肋筋的粘结强度随筋直径的增大而减小.同时在凸肋和混凝土之间发生楔块效应,FRP带肋筋与混凝土之间的粘结强度主要影响因素为FRP带肋筋表面凸肋与混凝土的胶着力、咬合力.对以后FRP带肋筋的生产及实际应用提供参考依据.In order to study the factors working principle of bond strength between FRP bars and concrete structure and the adhesive effect of bond strength,an experiment of GFRP bond behavior of ribbed bars is conducted for30different rib parameters of GFRP Ribbed Rebar.According to FRP bars and the bond slip mechanism and bond slip constitutive model of concrete components,this paper systematically studies the bond behavior of GFRP ribbed bars and concrete.The results show that the shear lag phenomenon occurs in the pull-out test of FRP ribbed concrete members,and the bond strength of FRP ribbed bars decreases with the increase of the reinforcement diameter.At the same time,the wedge effect is found be-tween the rib and the concrete.The main influencing factors of the bond strength between the FRP rib and the concrete are the FRP rib rib and the adhesive force of the concrete.It provides reference for the production and practical application of FRP ribbed bars in the future.
