摘　　要：目的 :研究并分析泰州市二甲以上综合医院对护理毕业生需求行为数据。方法:选择泰州市二甲以上综合医院,共计7所作为研究对象,开展问卷调查,对调查结果进行统计和分析。结果:用人单位对护理毕业生的表现基本满意,也提供了相应的培训和福利,但是护理毕业生的综合能力还有待提升。结论:随着人们对护理质量要求的提升,护理毕业生就业难度逐年加大,因此,学校需多做调研,应以就业为导向,要从课程设置、教学内容、教学方法、实践技能、价值取向、道德素养等方面与用人单位的需求相衔接。objective:to study and analyze the data on the demand behavior of nursing graduates in the comprehensive hospitals in taizhou city.Methods:a total of 7 subjects were selected as the subjects of the study,and the survey results were statistically analyzed.Results:the employer was satisfied with the performance of nursing graduates,and provided corresponding training and welfare,but the comprehensive ability of nursing graduates was still to be improved.Conclusion:as people,to the promotion of nursing quality nursing graduate employment difficulty is increasing year by year,therefore,the school need to do more research,should take the employment as the guidance,from the curriculum,teaching content,teaching methods,practical skills,value orientation and moral accomplishment and the employer's requirements.
