摘 要:高速公路作为基础设施建设中的重要组成部分,发挥着重要的经济效益、社会效益和环境效益,有利于改善人民的生活水平和推动社会的发展。高速公路工程中的房建工程作为其附属工程,发挥着窗口的效应。因此,高速公路房建工程的规模、布置区域、功能定位影响着高速公路作为基础设施作用的发挥。高速公路房建工程的规模、功能定位又最终受到公路工程总造价的影响。本文从影响高速公路房建工程造价的因素出发,对于工程造价全寿命周期的管理提供理论依据。The highway as an important part of the construction of infrastructure,plays a very important economic benefits,social benefits and environmental benefits,is beneficial to improve people's living standards and promote the development of the society.As a subsidiary project,the housing Construction project in highway engineering exerts the effect of window.The scale,layout and function of the highway construction project affect the development of the highway as the infrastructure.The scale and function of the highway construction project are finally affected by the total cost of highway project.Based on the factors that influence that construction cost of highway construction,this paper provides theoretical basis for the management of the whole life cycle of construction cost.
