摘 要:建立了柔性集装袋原料中8种杂质元素的分析方法。样品经微波消解处理,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱(ICP-MS)法测定其中的Cr、Fe、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg、Pb等杂质元素。详细研究了分析过程中存在的质谱干扰,利用碰撞/反应池技术,采用氦碰撞模式消除了质谱干扰。Cr、Fe、Cu、Zn、As、Cd、Hg、Pb的检出限分别为23.8、16.5、12.0、30.7、15.1、7.9、2.8、9.3ng·L^(-1)。采用加标回收实验验证了方法的准确性,8个元素的加标回收率在92.8%~108.2%之间,相对标准偏差小于4.1%。方法具有简单快速、分析精度高和准确性好的特点,已应用于柔性集装袋原料中杂质元素的测定。An analytical method for determination of impurity elements in raw material of flexible container bag was established.The samples were digested by microwave digestion.The impurity elements such as Cr,Fe,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Hg and Pb were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry(ICP-MS).The mass spectral interferences in the analysis process were studied in detail,and the collision/reaction cell(CRC)technique was used to eliminate the interferences by using the helium collision mode.The detection limits for Cr,Fe,Cu,Zn,As,Cd,Hg,Pb were 23.8,16.5,12.0,30.7,15.1,7.9,2.8,9.3 ng/L,respectively.The accuracy of the method was evaluated by the spiked recovery experiment.The recoveries of the elements were between 92.8%~108.2%,and the relative standard deviation was less than 4.1%.
