摘 要:3,5,6-三氯吡啶-2-醇钠生产过程中会产生大量的污染性强、难降解的废水。本文采用铁碳微电解-芬顿氧化-蒸馏联合工艺对其进行处理,考察了废水pH、铁碳质量比、铁碳加入总量、停留时间、H_2O_2投加量等因素对COD的影响。研究结果表明,在最优工艺条件下,COD总去除率可达73.2%。蒸馏得到的盐外观较好,含量较高,符合GB/T 5462-2003工业盐二级标准,可以作为副产品出售。采出液各项指标符合GB 8978-1996污水二级综合排放标准。The production wastewater of 3,5,6-trichloropyridin-2-alcohol was high pollution and difficult to treat.In this paper,the process of iron carbon micro-electrolysis,Fenton reagent oxidation and distillation were combined to treat the aforementioned wastewater.The influences of wastewater pH,mass ratio and dosage of Fe/C,residence time and the dosage of H2O2 on COD were studied.It was revealed that under the optimal conditions,the total removal rate of COD reached 73.2%.The salt obtained by distillation had high purity.It was fit with secondary standard of industrial salt standard(GB/T 5462-2003)and could be sold as a byproduct.The index of produced liquid accorded with the secondary standard of national sewage effluent discharge standards(GB 8978-1996).
