隔盐灸配合口服右归丸治疗缓慢性心律失常的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察隔盐灸配合口服右归丸治疗缓慢性心律失常的临床疗效。方法将98例缓慢性心律失常患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组49例。治疗组采用隔盐灸配合口服右归丸治疗,对照组采用口服硫酸阿托品片治疗。观察两组治疗前后24 h总心搏次数及平均心率的变化情况,并比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为89.8%,对照组为81.6%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后24 h总心搏次数及平均心率与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后24 h总心搏次数及平均心率与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论隔盐灸配合口服右归丸是一种治疗缓慢性心律失常的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of salt-partitioned moxibustion plus oral administration of You Gui Wan in treating bradycardiac arrhythmias.Method Ninety-eight patients with bradycardiac arrhythmias were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,49cases each.The treatment group was intervened by saltpartitioned moxibustion plus oral administration of You Gui Wan,while the control group was prescribed with oral administration of Atropine sulfate tablets.Before and after the treatment,the24-h heartbeat number and mean heart rate were observed,and the clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared.Result The total effective rate was89.8%in the treatment group versus81.6%in the control group,and the between-group difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The24-h heartbeat number and mean heart rate were significantly changed after the treatment in both groups(P<0.05).The24-h heartbeat number and mean heart rate of the treatment group were significantly different from those of the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion Salt-partitioned moxibustion plus oral administration of You Gui Wan is an effective approach in treating bradycardiac arrhythmias.
