通元针法配合针刺星状神经节治疗过敏性鼻炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察通元针法配合针刺星状神经节治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法将60例变态反应性鼻炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用通元针法配合针刺星状神经节治疗;对照组采用氯雷他定片、布地奈德鼻喷雾剂治疗。比较两组治疗后及治疗后1个月的临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后及治疗后1个月总有效率分别为96.7%和90.0%,对照组分别为73.3%和63.3%,两组比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通元针法配合针刺星状神经节是一种治疗过敏性鼻炎的有效方法。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Tong Yuan needling method plus puncturing stellate ganglion in treating allergic rhinitis.Method Sixty patients with allergic rhinitis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group,30cases each.The treatment group was intervened by Tong Yuan needling method plus puncturing stellate ganglion;the control group was treated with Loratadine tablets and Budesonide nasal spray.The clinical efficacies of the two groups were compared after the treatment and1month later.Result The total effective rate was96.7%and90.0%in the treatment group respectively after the treatment and1month later,versus73.3%and63.3%in the control group,and the between-group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tong Yuan needling method plus puncturing stellate ganglion is an effective method in treating allergic rhinitis.
