摘  要:对贵州黔中地区不同地点蓝果树种子发芽情况、不同浓度赤霉素对蓝果树种子萌发和幼苗生长进行研究的结果表明:不同地点蓝果树种子场圃发芽率差异较大,大部分集中在20%~30%之间;赤霉素使用的恰当可以提高种子发芽率和幼苗生长量,否则会起到抑制作用;0.01%的赤霉素浸泡蓝果树种子24 h的发芽率最高,比对照提高10.34%;低浓度赤霉素处理蓝果树种子,可提高蓝果树幼苗苗高和地径生长。This paper carried out container-grown seedling of Nyssa sinensis Experiment.we have researched and analyzed the germination situation of Nyssa sinensis seed in different area of Guizhou;The effects of seed germination and seedling growth of the Nyssa sinensis by different concentrations of gibberellin were analyzed.The results showed that:the germination rate of Nyssa sinensis seed field in different sites was different,most concentrate between20%~30%;the appropriate dosage of gibberellin will improve seed germination rate and seedling growth,otherwise,it will inhibit.Soaking the Nyssa sinensis seed with0.01%gibberellin for24hours will be the highest germination rate,it will be10.34percent higher than the control group.A low concentration of gibberellin can raise seedling height and ground diameter of Nyssa sinensis seedling.
