不同浓度GA_3溶液处理对东北铁线莲发芽率影响的研究

摘　　要：以栽培基地采集的东北铁线莲种子为材料,研究不同种子处理方法对种子活性的影响,不同浓度赤霉素(GA3)溶液处理对东北铁线莲种子发芽率的影响。结果表明:室外沙藏越冬是较为适合东北铁线莲种子的处理方法。浓度为10 mg/L的GA3溶液处理种子30 min对打破东北铁线莲种子休眠、提高发芽率的效果最好。In cultivation base of the northeast clematis seeds as the material,study the effect of different seed treatment on seed activity,different concentration of gibberellin(GA3)solution treatment on the influence of the Clematis manshurica seed germination rate.The results showed that the seeds of Clematis manshurica were suitable for processing.It was the best to break the dormancy and increase the germination rate of the seeds in GA3solution with a concentration of10mg/L.
