摘 要:以某大型水电站工程为研究实例,对大尺度钢筋混凝土蜗壳采用预应力锚索加固的结构形式进行了数值模拟和试验研究。首先采用三维有限单元法进行了线弹性和非线性分析,研究了蜗壳结构的应力分布和开裂状态,据此拟定了钢筋和预应力锚索的布置方案,进而进行了施加预应力后的结构分析。在此基础上,开展了仿真材料蜗壳结构模型试验,揭示和验证钢筋混凝土蜗壳的受力状态和裂缝控制效果,论证了施加预应力的必要性和有效性,为工程设计提供了可靠的技术支撑。In this paper,the spiral case of a practical hydropower station was taken as an example and the numerical and experimental research works were finished.Based on linear and nonlinear numerical analysis,the reinforcement arrange-ment was decided.It is concluded that the pre-stressed measures was necessary.The model experiment was developed and the strain of the steel bar and concrete were measured and the crack^s distribution were observed.The results indi-cate that with the pre-stressing measure on the key parts of the concrete spiral case,the tensile stress level could be re-duced,the crack development could be limited and the seepage could be prevented.
