摘  要:采用GIS地理信息技术和HEC-RAS洪水演进模块,快速提取洪水下游河道和所受威胁地区的地理信息,并导入到HEC-RAS软件中进行洪水演进模型计算。结果表明:利用一维模型对于唐家山下游15.0 km范围内进行计算,整个河道的流速在4 m/s^13 m/s范围;下游6.7 km处的西羌上街受到洪水的影响,并且在唐家山堰塞湖发生溃决后,于12.4 min到达西羌上街;洪水演进到下游15.0 km处需要30 min,利用洪水时间历程曲线,可以对于下游灾民的撤离时间提供依据。GIS technology and HEC-RAS software can be used to quickly extract geographic infomiation of flood sites and threatened areas and import them into HEC-RAS software for flood evolution model calculation.The results show that the flow velocity of the whole river is4m/s?13m/s within15?0km of tangjiashan area?The Xiqiang of the down-stream6.7km area was affected by the flood,and after the collapse of tangjiashan quake lake,it reached the streets of Xiqiang at12.4min.The flood time of15.0km downstream is required to be30min,and the flood time curve can be used to provide the basis for the evacuation time of downstream victims.
