门冬胰岛素联合甘精胰岛素治疗儿童Ⅰ型糖尿病的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究分析对儿童I型糖尿病患者采用门冬胰岛素与甘精胰岛素相结合的临床治疗效果。方法选取该院2014年12月—2016年12月接收的54例儿童I型糖尿病患者,通过应用计算机产生随机数字,分为联合组和参照组,其中参照组为27例,予以门冬胰岛素单一治疗,联合组为27例,予以门冬胰岛素与甘精胰岛素结合治疗,比较两组治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖以及糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯指标变化情况。结果统计数据并比较分析,治疗前,两组各临床治疗指标变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组空腹血糖值、餐后2 h血糖值以及糖化血红蛋白、甘油三酯临床指标均获得十分显著的改善,且要优于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对儿童I型糖尿病患者应用门冬胰岛素与甘精胰岛素联合治疗方案相结合,治疗效果显著,值得推广。Objective To research and analyze the clinical effect of insulin aspartate combined with insulin glargine in treatment of children with type I diabetes.Methods54cases of children with type I diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from December2014to December2016were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with27cases in each,the control group adopted the single treatment of insulin aspartate,while the combined group were treated with insulin aspartate combined with insulin glargine,and the fasting blood glucose,postprandial2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and triglyceride were compared before and after treatment.Results The statistical data showed that the differences in the changes of clinical treatment indicators between the two groups were not obvious(P>0.05),after treatment,the fasting blood glucose value,postprandial2h blood glucose value and glycosylated hemoglobin and triglyceride could obtain a very obvious effect,and the improvement effect was better than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of insulin aspartate combined with insulin glargine in treatment of children with type I diabetes has an obvious treatment effect,which is worth promotion.
