护理干预对预防老年糖尿病夜间低血糖的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探究护理干预对预防老年糖尿病夜间低血糖的效果。方法在2016年4月—2017年7月选取所在科室的72例老年糖尿病夜间低血糖患者进行统计分析,采用随机数字法将所有的患者分为参照组和研究组,每组实验样本为36例,参照组开展常规护理,研究组开展综合护理干预,对比两组患者的满意度和夜间轻、重、中度低血糖发生率。结果相对于参照组,研究组患者的满意度更高,轻、重、中度低血糖发生率更低(P<0.05)。结论对老年糖尿病夜间低血糖患者开展综合护理干预,患者的满意度较高,夜间轻、重、中度低血糖发生率较低,值得临床借鉴。Objective To study the effect of nursing intervention in preventing the nocturnal hypoglycemia of senile diabetes.Methods72cases of senile diabetes patients with nocturnal hypoglycemia admitted and treated in our hospital from April2016to July2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups with36cases in each,the control group conducted the routine nursing,while the research group conducted the general nursing intervention,and the satisfactory degree and incidence rates of mild,severe and moderate degrees of nocturnal hypoglycemia were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfactory degree of the research group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence rates of mild,severe and moderate degrees of nocturnal hypoglycemia were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The general nursing intervention in senile diabetes patients with nocturnal hypoglycemia can obtain a higher satisfactory degree of patients,and lower incidence rates of mild,severe and moderate degrees of nocturnal hypoglycemia,and it is worth clinical reference.
