摘　　要：目的探讨口腔护理干预对老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者护理满意度的影响。方法随机选取2015年5月—2017年5月该院收治的老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者60例,依据护理干预方法将这些患者分为基础护理干预组(n=30)和基础护理干预基础上口腔护理干预组(口腔护理干预组,n=30)两组,统计分析两组患者的血糖水平、护理满意度、临床疗效。结果护理干预后,和基础护理干预组相比,口腔护理干预组患者的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖水平均显著较低(P<0.05),护理满意度评分均显著较高(P<0.05)。口腔护理干预组患者护理干预的总有效率96.7%(29/30)显著高于基础护理干预组73.3%(22/30)(P<0.05)。结论口腔护理干预能够有效提升老年糖尿病合并口腔疾病患者护理满意度。Objective To study the effect of oral nursing intervention on the nursing satisfactory degree of senile patients with diabetes and oral diseases.Methods60cases of senile diabetes patients with oral diseases admitted and treated in our hospital from May2015to May2017were selected and divided into two groups with30cases in each according to different nursing intervention methods,including the basic nursing intervention group and the oral nursing intervention group,and the blood glucose level,nursing satisfactory degree,and clinical curative effect were compared between the two groups.Results After nursing intervention,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial2h blood glucose level in the oral nursing intervention group were obviously lower than those in the basic nursing intervention group(P<0.05),and the nursing satisfactory degree score was obviously higher(P<0.05),and the total effective rate in the oral nursing intervention group was obviously higher than that in the basic nursing intervention group,[96.7%(29/30)vs73.3%(22/30)](P<0.05).Conclusion The oral nursing intervention can effectively improve the nursing satisfactory degree of senile diabetes patients with oral diseases.
