探讨生活方式及个体化营养干预对妊娠期糖尿病患者血糖控制效果及并发症的影响

摘　　要：目的研究分析妊娠期糖尿病患者实施生活方式及个体化营养干预对患者血糖控制效果及并发症的影响。方法采用数字随机法将2014年1月—2017年6月检查确诊为妊娠期糖尿病患者60例分成两组,对照组患者采用常规治疗及干预式,观察组患者在此基础上实施个体化营养,比较两组患者血糖控制效果,并发症发生情况以及新生儿并发症情况比较。结果观察组患者血糖控制有效率达到93.33%(28/30),较对照组73.33%(22/30)的效果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者各种并发症发生率较与对照组发生率比较差异有统计学意义;观察组新生儿并发症发生率均与对照组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论妊娠期糖尿病患者实施生活方式及个体化营养干预对患者的血糖控制效果较好,有效降低患者并发症的发生率,提高新生儿分娩安全,值得临床推广。Objective To research and analyze the effect of lifestyle and individual nutrition intervention on the blood glucose control and complications during pregnancy.Methods60cases of patients with diabetes during pregnancy in our hospital from January2014to June2017were selected and divided into two groups,the control group used the routine treatment and intervention method,while the observation group used the individual nutrition on the basis of the control group,and the blood glucose control effect,occurrence of complications and complications of newborns were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in the blood glucose control effective rate between the observation group and the control group was obvious[(93.33%(28/30)vs73.33%(22/30)](P<0.05),and the differences in incidence rates of complications between the two groups were obvious,and the difference in the incidence rate of complications of newborns between the two groups were obvious,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of lifestyle and individual nutrition intervention in patients with gestational diabetes can have a better blood glucose control effect,which can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications and improve the delivery safety of newborns,and it is worth clinical promotion.
