观察复方丹参滴丸对早期糖尿病肾脏病干预治疗效果

摘　　要：目的观察复方丹参滴丸对早期糖尿病肾脏病干预治疗效果。方法选取2014年7月—2017年7月于该院进行治疗的56例早期糖尿病肾脏病患者作为研究资料,随机将患者分成两组,一组采用厄贝沙坦进行治疗,为常规组,另一组采用复方丹参滴丸进行治疗,为观察组,每组28例患者,对比分析两组患者的治疗疗效。结果观察组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量为(162.6±15.3)m L,血清机酐为(93.5±8.3)μmol/L,血清清蛋白为(40.5±3.5)g/L,餐后2 h血糖水平为(8.6±2.3)mmol/L,其中24 h尿蛋白定量、血清清蛋白与餐后2 h血糖水平与常规组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),血清机酐与常规组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组的治疗有效率为92.86%(26例),常规组的治疗有效率为67.86%(19例),观察组治疗有效率高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸治疗早期糖尿病肾脏病可有效控制患者血糖水平、尿蛋白和清蛋白,提升治疗疗效,该药物可在早期糖尿病肾脏病的治疗中进行推广使用。Objective To observe the treatment effect of compound danshen drop pills intervention in early diabetic kidney diseases.Methods56cases of patients with early diabetic kidney diseases treated in our hospital from July2014to July2017were selected and randomly divided into two groups with28cases in each,the routine group were treated with irbesartan,while the observation group were treated with compound danshen drop pills,and the treatment curative effect was compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the24h urine protein quantitation,serum anhydride,serum albumin and postprandial2h blood glucose level in the observation group were respectively(162.6±15.3)mL,(93.5±8.3)μmol/L,(40.5±3.5)g/L,(8.6±2.3)mmol/L,and the differences in the24h urine protein quantitation,serum albumin and postprandial2h blood glucose level between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the serum anhydride between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the treatment effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the routine group[92.86%(26case)vs67.86%(19case)](P<0.05).Conclusion The compound danshen drop pills intervention in early diabetic kidney diseases can effectively control the blood glucose level,urine protein and serum protein,and improve the treatment curative effect,which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
