多样性护理对糖尿病并冠心病护理的应用效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析多样性护理对糖尿病并冠心病护理的应用效果。方法选择该院2016年9月—2017年9月收治的150例糖尿病并冠心病患者临床资料予以对比分析,依据护理方法不同分为2组;对照组(70例)予以常规护理,实验组(80例)予以多样性护理,对比两组护理效果。结果与对照组相比,实验组SDS评分(2.30±1.20)分、SAS(2.67±1.10)分显著更低;与对照组相比,实验组餐后2 h血糖(9.00±1.00)mmol/L、空腹血糖(6.20±1.10)mmol/L、收缩压(129.30±1.02)mmHg显著更低(P<0.05)。结论将多样性护理应用于糖尿病并冠心病患者中,不仅可减轻焦虑、抑郁等症状,且可显著改善其血糖指标及血压,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the application effect of multiple nursing in nursing of patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease.Methods150cases of patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease admitted and treated in our hospital from September2016to September2017were selected for comparison and analysis,and divided into two groups according to different nursing method,the control group with70cases used the routine nursing,while the experimental group with80cases used the multiple nursing,and the nursing effect was compared.Results The SDS score and SAS score in the experimental group were obviously lower than those in the control group,and the2h blood glucose level,fasting blood glucose,and systolic pressure in the experimental group were respectively(9.00±1.00)mmol/L,(6.20±1.10)mmol/L and(129.30±1.02)mmHg,which were obviously lower(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of multiple nursing in nursing of patients with diabetes combined with coronary heart disease can not only relieve the anxiety and depression but also obviously improve the blood glucose and blood pressure of patients,which is worth clinical promotion.
