浅析护理干预应用于小儿糖尿病神经病变患者的效果

摘　　要：目的研究分析小儿糖尿病神经病变患者临床中接受护理干预的效果,为临床护理提供参考和依据。方法根据2012年10月—2014年10月该院的小儿糖尿病神经病变患者共300例来进行分析研究,将患儿分成A、B两组,均有150例,A组使用护理干预措施,B组使用普通护理措施,对两组的临床护理情况进行比较分析。结果研究显示,A组患儿家属有80例表示非常满意,占53.33%,有56例基本满意,占37.33%,有14例不满意,占9.33%。B组有69例非常满意,占46.00%,有55例基本满意,占36.67%,有26例不满意,占17.33%,A组患儿的家属满意度为90.67%,B组的满意度为82.67%,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿糖尿病神经病变患者接受护理干预的临床效果比较突出,患儿家属对护理的满意度比较高,临床中可以进行推广使用。Objective To research and analyze the application effect of nursing intervention in children with diabetic neuropathy and provide reference and basis for the clinical nursing.Methods300cases of children with diabetic neuropathy admitted and treated in our hospital from October2012to October2014were selected for analysis and research,and divided into two groups with150cases in each,the group A used the nursing intervention measures,while the group B used the common nursing measures,and the clinical nursing was compared between the two groups.Results The research showed that80cases of children’s family were very satisfied,accounting for53.33%,56cases were basically satisfied,accounting for37.33%,and14cases were unsatisfied,accounting for9.33%in the group A,and in the group B,69cases were very satisfied,accounting for46.00%,55cases were basically satisfied,accounting for36.67%,and26were unsatisfied,accounting for17.33%,and the difference in the satisfied rate between the group A and group B was statistically significant,(90.67%vs82.67%),(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical effect of nursing intervention in children with diabetic neuropathy is outstanding,and the satisfied degree of children’s family to the nursing is higher,which can be promoted and applied in clinic.
