摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道超声引导局部注射甲氨蝶呤治疗有胎心的未破裂型异位妊娠的效果。方法:选择101例未破裂型有胎心的异位妊娠患者进行经阴道超声引导局部注射甲氨蝶呤(1mg/kg体重)至异位妊娠部位。结果:101例患者中,97例手术成功,治愈率为96.04%。结论:应用经阴道超声引导局部注射甲氨蝶呤治疗有胎心的未破裂型异位妊娠简便、微创、经济、安全、副作用少、效果好,并且可以保留生育功能。Objective:To investigate the effect of local injecting MTX directed by vagina ultrasound in irrupture heterotopic pregnancy with heartbeat Methods:We have punctured and injected MTX(lmg/kg)into the location of irrupture heterotopic pregnancy with heartbeat in all101cases.Results:In all101cases,97cases of successful operation,the cure rate is96.04%in this way.Conclusion:It is a simple minimally、invastive economical safer、less side effects and good effect conservative method to treat irrupture heterotopic pregnancy with heartbeat directed by vagina ultrasound local injecting MTX and has an advantage of higher curative ratio and can preserve fertility function
