摘　　要：推行门诊实名制是医院维护正常医疗秩序的重要举措。文章分析了门诊实名制的现状及意义,结合我院在门诊实名制工作中的实践经验,讨论了医疗机构在实行门诊实名制工作中遇到的困惑,包括担心执行门诊实名制会使门诊患者流失;担心未携带有效身份证件的患者较多而造成身份核查处的工作压力大;担心患者的个人信息会被泄露等。Real-name registration system is an important measure to maintain a normal order in hospitals.This article analyzes the status quo and significance of the real-name registration system in outpatient departments.Concerns about the implementation of this system,including patient dropout,heavy burden of work for checking the ID of patients in the Identity Verification Office,and leakage of patient private information were discussed.
