摘　　要：人口迁移行为具有高度的复杂性,也具有规律性。人口迁移行为是一个多学科交叉研究的热点领域,本文剖析了人口迁移行为研究的理论脉络和最新进展。分析发现,人口的二次迁移、回归迁移成为城市化和社会结构转型背景下新的研究热点,亟待出现揭示这些复杂的动态过程规律的新理论。下一步研究需要将社会心理因素纳入分析框架,研究人口迁移行为的动力机制和演化机理,而复杂系统的理论与方法则为此提供了一个颇具发展潜力的突破口。The behavior of population migration is complicated and has some regular rules.Research on the behavior of population migration has become the hot domain of multi-inter disciplines.This article analyzes the theory skeleton and the frontier of the studies of the behavior of population migration.The analysis shows that secondary migration and return migration have become the new research hotspots in the context of urbanization and social structural transformation,and it concludes that it is very urgent to develop some new theories to reveal the law of the complex dynamic process of the behavior of population migration.Furthermore,researchers need to incorporate social and psychological factors into the analytical framework in the future,and study the dynamic mechanism and evolving mechanism of the behavior of population migration.Also,it is worth pointing out that,the theories and methods in complex systems fi eld provide a breakthrough for the further study.
