硫辛酸注射液致不良反应文献分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨硫辛酸注射液致不良反应发生的特点,为临床合理使用硫辛酸注射液及防范不良反应提供参考。方法:检索中国期刊全文数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库及中文科技期刊数据库,收集2010-2017年国内文献报道的硫辛酸所致不良反应病例,对患者一般情况、用药情况、不良反应出现时间及不良反应临床表现进行分析。结果:硫辛酸所致不良反应共20例,无性别差异,多发生于用药后30min内;注射部位疼痛,四肢或全身皮肤瘙痒等是其最常见的临床表现,有过敏性休克等严重不良反应的报到。结论:应重视硫辛酸注射液引起的不良反应,加强用药过程监护工作,一旦发生不良反应应及时处理。Objective:To investigate the characteristics of adverse reactions caused by Thioctic Acid Injection,so as to provide references for rational use of Thioctic Acid Injection and prevention of adverse reactions.Methods:Via the search of China Journal Full-text Database,biomedical literature database and China Chinese periodical database,2010-2017lipoic acid induced ADR cases reported in domestic literature were collected.The general condition of patients,medication,clinical manifestations of adverse reaction time and adverse reaction were analyzed.Results:There were20cases of adverse reactions caused by lipoic acid.The difference of the difference between the two groups was more than30min after the treatment.Injection site pain,limbs or systemic skin itching is the most common clinical manifestations,and allergic shock and other serious adverse reactions have also been reported.Conclusion:We should pay attention to the adverse reactions caused by Thioctic Acid Injection,and strengthen the monitoring of the process of drug use.Once adverse reactions occur,we should deal with it promptly.
