摘　　要：上海市地震灾害情景构建数据库建设以上海"十五"应急基础数据库为基础,结合"十一五"联动协同灾情数据库,增加灾情构建的单体建筑物、生命线等数据,形成符合上海需求的高精度、多数据的特色数据库。本文从上海市地震灾害情景构建数据库的作用、数据收集方式、来源及数据处理等出发,阐述该数据库的特色。Shanghai Earthquake Disaster Scenario Database is built on the basis of Shanghai’s emergency basic database of“the tenth five-year plan”,combined with collaborative linkage disaster database of“the eleventh five-year plan”,increase the single building,lifeline and other data of the disaster construction.It formed a high precision,multi-data characteristics database in line with the needs of Shanghai.This article describes the characteristics of the database from the role of the construction of the Shanghai Earthquake Disaster Scenarios Database,and data collection methods,sources,data processing,etc.
