摘  要:以聚氯乙烯导线绝缘层作为研究对象,分别选取正常、酸腐蚀、老化和油污环境条件下的绝缘层样品,进行过负荷、短路、火烧和热分析实验。实验结果表明,老化绝缘层在过负荷情况下升温速率最快,在火烧情况下燃烧持续时间最长;酸腐蚀绝缘层最难被引燃,但是燃烧维持的时间较长,仅次于老化绝缘层;短路点靠近绝缘层时可以引燃绝缘层,但无法维持燃烧状态。利用热分析仪,得到了不同绝缘层的TG-DSC曲线,得出老化绝缘层最容易受热分解,与实验结果一致。Taking insulation layer of PVC as the object of study,samples under the conditions of normal,sour corrosion,aging and oil were used tocarry out the experiments of overloading,short circuit,fire and thermal analysis.The experimental results showed that the temperature rising rate of aging insulation layer is the fastest,and the combustion duration time in case of fire is the longest;acid corrosion insulation layer is the most difficult to be ignited,but the combustion lasts long,only shorter than that of the aging insulating layer;when the short circuit point locates near the insulation layer,the insulation layer may be ignited,but the combustion can't maintain.The TG-DSC curves of different insulation layers were obtained by thermal analyzer.It is concluded that the aging insulation layer is the most susceptible to thermal decomposition,which is in agreement with the experimental result.
