摘  要:针对某化工厂向金属桶内添加乙酸异丙酯过程中出现闪燃现象,研究用于测定流体静电的方法。将金属桶看作为法拉第杯,通过测量总电荷量和有效电容计算得到金属桶的实际电压。分析出现闪燃的原因,提出既要保持金属桶接地,又要将内涂层接地,降低静电引燃事故的风险。According to the flash combustion occurred in the process of adding Isopropyl Acetate to the metal drum of a chemical plant,the method for measuring the static electricity of fluid was studied.The metal drum was treated as the Faraday Cup,and the actual voltage of the metal drum was calculated by measuring the total charge and the effective electric capacity.The reason for flash-burning was analyzed,and the risk of electrostatic ignition accident was supposed to be reduced by grounding both the metal drum and the inner coating.
