摘 要:BCM模块是汽车车身控制的集成模块,控制着门锁、车灯、雨刮、后视镜等多个汽车部件,对于车辆的舒适性、安全性发挥着重要作用。结合实际发生的汽车火灾案例,分析了BCM模块故障时持续升温并引发火灾的危险性,并通过模拟实验再现了BCM模块内芯片故障导致模块起火燃烧,分析了BCM故障起火的车辆火灾痕迹特点。结果可为类似火灾调查过程中的确定起火部位及明确起火原因提供参考。The BCM module is an integrated module of vehicle body control,which controls many automotive components such as door locks,headlights,wipers and rearview mirrors.It plays an important role in vehicle comfort and safety.Combined with the actual automobile fire cases,the risk of continuous warming and fire hazard was analyzed when the BCM module fails.The process of the chip failure in the BCM module leading to the ignition and combustion of the module was simulated,and the characteristics of vehicle fire trace on the BCM fault fire are analyzed.The results can provide references for determining the location of fire and the cause of fire in similar fire investigation.
