摘　　要：目的:观察深度水解蛋白配方奶联合酪酸梭菌对坏死性小肠炎患儿胃肠功能、生长发育情况。方法:依据治疗方法将这些患儿分为深度水解蛋白配方奶联合酪酸梭菌组和普通早产儿配方奶粉联合酪酸梭菌组两组,对两组患儿喂养不耐受次数、达到全胃肠喂养时间、住院时间、出院体重评价EUGR发生情况进行统计分析。结果:深度水解蛋白配方奶组患儿喂养不耐受次数显著少于普通早产儿配方奶粉组(P<0.05),达到全胃肠喂养时间、住院时间均显著短于普通早产儿配方奶粉组(P<0.05),出院体重评价EUGR发生率47.5%(19/40)显著低于普通早产儿配方奶粉组67.5%(27/40)(P<0.05)。结论:深度水解蛋白配方奶联合酪酸梭菌较普通早产儿配方奶粉联合酪酸梭菌更能有效改善坏死性小肠炎患儿胃肠功能、生长发育情况。Objective:To observe the effect of deep hydrolyzed protein formula combined with Clostridium butyricum on gastro-intestinal function,growth and development in children with necrotizing enteritis.Methods:According to the treatment meth-ods,these children were divided into deep hydrolyzed protein formula combined with Clostridium butyricum group and normal infant formula milk powder combined with Clostridium butyricum group,the two groups of children intolerant to the number of times to achieve full gastrointestinal Feeding time,hospitalization time,discharge weight evaluation EUGR statistical analysis.Results:Infertility was significantly less in children with deep hydrolyzed protein formula than in normal formula(P<C0.05)^total gavage time and length of hospital stay were significantly shorter than those of normal preterm infant formula P<C0.05).The weight loss rate of discharged EUGR was47.5/^(19/40),which was significantly lower than67.S%(27/40)of normal preterm infant formula group(P<C0.05).Conclusion:The combination of deep hydrolyzed protein formula and Clostridium bu-tyricum can improve the gastrointestinal function,growth and development of children with necrotizing enteritis more than the common casein with Clostridium butyricum.
