综合护理干预在瘢痕子宫妊娠分娩中的应用效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨瘢痕子宫妊娠分娩中行综合护理干预后,产妇的临床效果。方法:本次研究共计纳入80例分娩产妇(均为本院于2016年7月至2017年7月所接诊病例)。按照随机分配的方式,任抽选组内40例,行常规护理(对照组),余下40例患者,对其展开综合护理干预(观察组)。对分娩方式、分娩时间、产后出血情况展开对比,对护理满意度展开对比。结果:满意度上,观察组的97.50%(39/40)比对照组的92.00%(32/40)更显著,(P<0.05)。观察组在产前SAS、SDS情况与对照组相比,差异不显著,(P均>0.05);在产生时间、阴道分娩概率和产后出血情况上,观察组明显优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:瘢痕妊娠行综合护理干预能够取得较好的分娩效果,值得推广。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of maternal comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of scar ute-rus pregnancy.Methods:a total of80women with delivery were enrolled in this study(all of them were admitted to our hospi-tal from July2016to July2017).According to the random allocation method,any selected group of40cases,routine nursing(control group),the other40patients,comprehensive nursing intervention on the(observation group).The delivery mode,delivery time and postpartum hemorrhage were compared,and the satisfaction degree of nursing was compared.Results:the satisfaction of the observation group was97.50%(39/40),92.00%(32/40)of the control group was more significant(P<C0.05).In the observation group compared to SDS,prenatal S八S and the control group,no significant difference(P〉0.05);at the time,vaginal delivery probability and postpartum hemorrhage,observation group than the control group,the difference was significant(P<C0.05).Conclusion:comprehensive nursing intervention for scar pregnancy can achieve better delivery effect,and it is worth promoting.
