益母草冲剂联合当归丸对药物流产后月经失调的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的:分析益母草冲剂联合当归丸对药物流产后月经失调的治疗效果。方法:撷取2014年1月至2017年11月收治的100例产后月经失调患者,按照随机抽取双色球的分组方法,将患者分成观察组、对照组,各50例。观察组和对照组分别通过益母草冲剂配合当归丸治疗、益母草冲剂单独治疗,对两组的腹痛消失时间、月经周期恢复正常时间、月经量和月经周期时间加以观察。结果:观察组和对照组的腹痛消失时间、月经周期恢复正常时间分别为:(2.83±0.84)d、(1.22±0.38)月,(5.96±1.27)d、(2.24±1.13)月,组间比较,统计学意义存在,P<0.05。两组月经周期时间、月经量情况进行比较,观察组优势更加突出,具有统计学的意义,P<0.05。结论:药物流产后月经失调治疗中,经益母草冲剂联合当归丸治疗,临床效果较好,并能改善患者的腹痛症状,促使患者月经周期时间、月经量及早恢复正常,值得在临床方面广泛应用和推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of motherwort powder combined with Danggui Pill on menstrual disorder after medi-cal abortion Methods:100cases of postpartum menstrual disorder treated in January2014?2017November were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group,with50cases in each group.The observation group and the control group were treated with motherwort Granules Combined with Danggui pills and motherwort granules separately.The disap-pearance time of abdominal pain,menstrual cycle recovery time,menstrual volume and menstrual cycle time of the two groups were observed.Results:The time of abdominal pain disappearance and menstrual cycle recovery in the observation group and the control group were(2.83+0.84)d,(1.22士0.38)months,(5.96+1.27)d,(2.24士1.13)months,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant,P<C0.05.Two groups of menstrual cycle time,menstrual volume were compared,the observation group advantages more prominent,with statistical significance,P<C0.05.Conclusion:After drug abortion in the treatment of menstrual disorders,the motherwort granule combined with Angelica pill treatment,the clinical effect is good,and can improve the patients symptoms of abdominal pain,the menstrual cycle time,menstruation returned to normal as soon as possible,is worthy of wide application and promotion in clinic.
