中国家庭共同养育结构下的“红脸白脸”行为研究——基于四组人群的数据分析

摘　　要：基于对妈妈外婆、妈妈奶奶、父亲母亲三个视角的共同养育行为的分析,中国家庭共同养育行为分为三维度结构:合作、冲突和"红脸白脸"。中国家庭的"红脸白脸"模式,其实是儿童抚养过程中所表现出的一种融合了冲突和合作两种成分的共同养育行为。竞争模型间的比较进一步支持了上述结论。在共同养育过程中,相对于妈妈祖辈间的合作,父母之间表现出更高水平的"红脸白脸"行为,尤其是"严父慈母"的传统模式。在同儿童发展的关系上,配偶间的合作型共同养育行为同儿童亲社会行为之间存在正相关,还同儿童多种问题行为之间存在负相关。除了配偶间的"红脸白脸"行为同儿童亲社会行为存在明显正相关之外,类似共同养育中的冲突行为,"红脸白脸"同儿童多种问题行为之间存在着明显正相关。隔代间的合作型共同养育行为同儿童亲社会行为之间呈现正相关。"Red face and white face"has been a traditional coparenting pattern in many Chinese families.Based on the coparenting questionnaires collected from three groups-mother and her biological mother,mother and her mother in law,mother and father,this research supported the three-dimension construct of Chinese coparenting:cooperation,conflict and"red face and white face".As a traditional Chinese coparenting behavior,"red face and white face"is essentially a mixture of cooperation and conflict between different caregivers within families,especially between mother and grandmother.Similar with the conflict coparenting behavior,"red face and white face"showed a significant but less positive correlation with children's adaptive problems.The cooperative copatenting behaviors between mother and grandmother showed a positive correlation between children's prosocial behaviors.The cooperative coparenting behaviors between mother and father showed a significant correlation with children's prosocial behaviors and a significant negative correlation with children's maladaptive behaviors as well.
