摘 要:中西部地区货运干线铁路近年的大规模建设,从根本上解决了陕煤长期存在的"以运定销、以销定产"局面,大幅提高了陕西煤炭东向运输和销售的便捷性,在此背景下,陕煤化集团拟在华东港口选址设立海港物流基地,通过铁海联运辐射华东和华南沿海煤炭消费的广阔市场。文章采用枚举计算的方法,通过各条运输路径费用的分析比较,得出陕煤化华东煤炭下水基地运输经济性最优的港址为日照港岚山港区,次优为青岛港前湾港区。研究结果可为陕煤化集团投资决策提供支撑。The long standing problem of transport limiting the production and sales in coal industry for Shaanxi Province has been fundamentally resolved,as the large scale construction of main freight railway in central and western regions of China,which has greatly improved the convenience of Shaanxi coal transportation and sales.In this basis,in order to open vast coal consumption market of eastern and southern coastal regions through the rail-sea transport,Shaanxi Coal and Chemical Industry Group intends to choose a port in Eastern China to set up a harbor logistics center.In this paper,we used the method of enumerating various transport routes to compare the transportation cost for each route.And finally come to a conclusion that on the perspective of transport economy of the coal launching foundation in Eastern China,Rizhao Port Lanshan harbor district is the best choice,and Qingdao Port Qianwan harbor district is the second one,which gives a support on decision making for Shaannxi Coal&Chemical Industry Group.
