摘  要:依据水中总磷的测定原理,通过过硫酸钾消解后钼酸铵分光光度法对污泥中的总磷进行测定,并对过硫酸钾消解后钼酸铵分光光度法的实验条件,包括污泥样品取样量、过硫酸钾溶液加入量和消解时间进行了优化选择。结果发现污泥样品取样量为0.1g左右(以干泥计),过硫酸钾溶液加入量为50m L,消解时间为30min的条件下,加标回收率为90%~105%。因此,优化选择的方法能满足实验室的要求,可作为城镇污泥中总磷的测定方法。Based on the determination of total phosphorus in water,the total phosphorus content in the sludge was determined by ammonium persulfate digestion after potassium persulfate digestion,and the experimental conditions including the sample volume of sludge sample,the amount of potassium persulfate solution and the digestion time were optimized.The results showed that the recovery rate of plus standard were between90%and105%when the weight of sludge sample was about0.1g(in dry mud),the volume of potassium persulfate solution was50mL and the digestion time was30min.Therefore,the optimization method in this paper could meet the requirements of the laboratory,and could be used as the method of determination of total phosphorus in urban sludge.
