中国干旱区水资源利用与经济增长关系研究--以宁夏回族自治区为例

摘　　要：通过分析2000—2016年宁夏回族自治区水资源利用和国内生产总值之间的关系,构建了水资源利用与经济增长的VAR模型,通过协整检验、脉冲响应分析以及方差分解,探索干旱区水资源利用和经济增长之间的内在依存关系。研究结果表明:宁夏水资源利用和经济增长之间存在长期动态关系,经济增长对水资源利用存在重要影响;经济增长对农业、工业的用水需求不同。建议改善水资源利用结构和提高水资源利用效率,进而促进经济的可持续发展。Based on the analysis of the relationship between water resource utilization and GDP in Ningxia Hui Autonomous region from2000to2016,the VAR model of water resource utilization and economic growth was constructed.Through co-integration test,impulse response analysis and variance decomposition,the internal dependence between water resources utilization and economic growth in arid areas is explored.The results show that:1)there is a long-term dynamic relationship between the utilization of water resources and economic growth in Ningxia,and the economic growth has an important impact on the utilization of water resources;〗)the demand for agriculture and industry for economic growth is different.It is suggested that the structure of water resources utilization should be improved and the efficiency of water resources utilization should be improved so as to promote the sustainable development of economy.
