摘  要:目的促进双金属复合管中空构件在实际生产中的应用与推广。方法通过实验和数值模拟,研究双金属复合管室温下充液压形的可行性,分析内压对管材缺陷的影响,总结主要缺陷形式及缺陷的发生原因。结果室温成形时所需压力仅为15 MPa。对于Fe/Al双金属复合管而言,当其内压增大至17 MPa时,则回弹量很小,通过控制坯料的回弹量即可减小内外管间隙缺陷。成形件壁厚分布均匀,且内压对其影响较小。结论充液压形可在室温下成形双金属复合管。回弹是成形件存在间隙的主要原因,间隙随着内压的增大而减小。The paper aims to promote application and popularization of bimetal composite pipe hollow component in actual production.Through experiment and numerical simulation,feasibility of hydroforming of bimetal composite pipe at room temperature was studied;influences of internal pressure on tube defects was analyzed;and main defect forms and causes of defects were summarized.The pressure required at room temperature was only15MPa.For the Fe/Al bimetal composite pipe,when the internal pressure was increased to17MPa,the springback was very small.By controlling the rebound quantity of the forming part,the gap between the inner and outer tubes could be reduced.The wall thickness of the forming part was evenly distributed,and the internal pressure had little effect on it.The bimetallic composite tube can be formed at room temperature by hydroforming.The springback is the main reason for the gap between the forming parts,and the gap decreases with the increase of the internal pressure.
