摘 要:目的利用金属粒子对石墨烯表面进行金属改性,以改善其吸波特性、复合材料界面和润湿性等,并且在保证石墨烯与金属粒子本身的特性基础上,还能产生另外的协同效应。方法采用水热法将亚微米级的Ni金属颗粒沉积在物理法剥离的石墨烯微片表面上,并采用XRD,EDS,SEM,TEM等测试手段进行改性复合粉体的微观表征。结果预处理工艺可以大大优化改性效果,使金属颗粒沉积更加均匀;最佳水热工艺为水热180℃,反应2 h,石墨烯微片负载量为2.5 g/L;微观表征结果显示,实际沉积的金属颗粒为Ni-P合金,分散的Ni-P合金粒径约为200 nm,在沉积过程中可形成团聚的约2μm金属颗粒堆积,并分布于石墨烯微片表面。结论水热法可以成功地将镍颗粒均匀地沉积在石墨烯微片表面上,从而实现石墨烯表面的金属改性。In this paper,metal particles are used to modify the surface of graphene.It is expected improve the absorption characteristics,the interface of composite materials and the wettability.Furthermore it can produce additional synergies in addition to the properties of graphene and metal particles themselves.The submicron Ni particles were deposited on the surface of grapheme microchip peeled off by physical method by hydrothermal method.The microstructure of the modified composite powders was characterized by XRD,EDS,SEM and TEM.The pretreatment process could greatly optimize the modification effect and make the deposition of metal particles more uniform.The optimum hydrothermal process was hydrothermal reaction at180℃for2h,and the loading of graphene microplate was2.5g/L.The results show that the actual deposited metal particles were Ni-P alloy,and the dispersed Ni-P alloy particles had a size of about200nm.It could form agglomerated deposits of about2μm of metal particles during deposition and was distributed on the surface of the graphene platelets.The hydrothermal method can successfully deposit Ni particles uniformly on the surface of graphene microdisks,so as to modify the surface of graphene.
