摘　　要：当前固网终端设备包括接入网关、机顶盒等,具有数量多、分布广、产权归属复杂、业务流程繁多等特点。为了更好地管理这些设备,实现采购成本的分析、管理、优化等功能,从固网终端进销存的需求入手,结合现网中电信运营商已有的出入库管理系统,深入研究固网终端入网的业务流程、成本摊销、产权转移等内容,提出一套针对电信运营商的固网终端进销存管理平台,实现了所有终端的数字化、精细化管理。Current fixed network terminal equipment including access gateway,set-top boxes and other equipment.The quantity,distribution,and property rights are usually complex and business processes is quite sophisticated.From the perspective of telecom operator,application process of fixed network terminal has been deeply researched,such as aspects of business process,cost amortization and transfer of property right.In order to achieve better management of the equipment and accomplish functions of purchase cost analysis,management and optimization,a management platform for sell and storage of terminals is put forward for digital,refined management.
