摘　　要：随着固网宽带业务兴起,视频业务作为应用范围最为广泛的智能家庭业务之一,通过运营商网络连接宽带有线电视内容中心。在整个IPTV业务中,机顶盒发挥了比较重要的作用。机顶盒一般作为附属性产品由运营商向厂商采购直接附送给用户,故针对机顶盒的管理是运营商的部署需要。机顶盒数量及业务复杂度都以较快速度增长;因此,终端的安装、管理和维护无疑会耗费大量的人力和时间成本。远程终端管理系统是国内外运营商的重要管理手段,几乎所有运营商均会针对固网终端部署相应的电信级别远程管理系统。With the rise of fixed-line broadband business,video business as one of the most widely used intelligent home business,through the network of operators to connect broadband cable television content center.In the whole IPTV business,the settop box plays a more important role.Set-top box as a product with attributes is purchased directly from the vendor to the user.Therefore,the management of the set-top box is the deployment of the operator.The number and complexity of set-top boxes increase rapidly.Therefore,the installation,management and maintenance of terminals will undoubtedly cost a great deal of manpower and time.The remote terminal management system is an important management means for domestic and foreign operators,almost all operators will deploy the corresponding telecommunications level remote management system for fixed network terminals.
