摘　　要：由聚乙二醇和环氧树脂制备环氧树脂非离子型乳化剂,然后采用反相乳化来制备环氧树脂乳液,并以此为原料制备水性环氧清漆并喷涂、固化.研究了乳化剂结构和反应机理及动力学,研究了催化剂、转化率、反应物配比等对反应和环氧树脂乳液性能影响的因素.制备的乳化剂以环氧树脂为主要原料,有与环氧树脂相似的链段,从而使乳液稳定性加强,涂层固化后涂膜平整均匀.In this paper,epoxy resin nonionic emulsifier was prepared from polyethylene glycol and epoxy resin,and then epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by inverse emulsification.The waterborne epoxy varnish was prepared from this epoxy resin emulsion and was sprayed and cured.The structure,the reaction mechanism and kinetics of this emulsifier were studied.The effects of catalyst,conversion rate and raw material ratio on ring opening reaction and properties of epoxy resin emulsion were studied.We found the main raw material of emulsifier was epoxy resin and it was a chain similar to that of epoxy resin,so the emulsion was stable and the performance of the coating was excellent.
