摘　　要：根据西安地铁分段绝缘器的实际运行情况,从地铁接触网分段绝缘器的设计、施工、维护方面提出了改进措施。通过优化可以减少分段绝缘器导滑板的非正常磨耗,延长分段绝缘器的使用寿命,降低分段绝缘器故障数,避免弓网故障导致的中断行车,同时提高了地铁运营的安全性。Based on the actual operation of Xi'an metro section insulators,measures for improvement are put forward from the aspects of design,construction and maintenance of metro catenary section insulators.By optimizing the measures,theabnormal wear of the pantograph pan in the section insulators is reduced,the service life of the section insulators is extended,the number of faults is reduced,the interrupted train operation caused by the pantograph and catenary fault is avoided,and the metro operation safety is improved.
